These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, mobile experiences, and text-messaging services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Hanson Paving LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using any of the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use our Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
We offer estimates, scheduling, and invoicing. Features include automated email and SMS messaging to provide quotes, status updates, marketing offers, and review requests.
Opt-In— You consent to receive automated texts when you:
• submit a web form containing your mobile number,
• text us first,
• verbally request SMS updates, or
• sign a service agreement that lists your mobile number.
Message Frequency varies based on interactions but will never exceed the volume disclosed at opt-in. Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Check your carrier plan. Opt-Out— Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text. Help — Reply HELP or contact (320) 259-7874 / [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Except for SMS carrier charges, you will only be billed for services you explicitly authorize (e.g., accepted estimates, agreed subscriptions). All invoices are due per the payment terms stated on each invoice.
You agree not to:
• use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the site or software;
• upload malicious code;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Hanson Paving LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for their intended purpose.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that messages, emails, or forms will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Hanson Paving LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Hanson Paving LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or if required by carriers or regulatory authorities.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Minnesota.
